    Anusara Yoga: This is a playful Hatha Yoga class for those who wish to build and nourish a strong foundation in their yoga practice.  This yoga class introduces the Universal Principles of Alignment through a variety of poses (asana) with an emphasis on safely building strength, flexibility, balance, and awareness encompassed within an attitude of aligning with our hearts through a life-affirming philosophy. Join us on the mat to ride the currents of the breath with conscious movement. 

    We'll be progressing one asana (posture) per month allowing you to explore and learn the refinements and variations of the asana. Along with learning the asana of the month, I hope that you'll also love the progressive theme for the month to inspire you to discover and love the unique expression of your practice.  See you on your mat! 

    Barre: Combines exercises at the ballet barre, Pilates and stretching for an entire body workout. Sculpt small and large muscle groups through high-repetition of weight-bearing and exact movements. Class focuses on exhausting the muscles of the core, glutes and hamstrings, using isotonic exercises. Expect to use props like playground balls, tubing, and light weights, to enhance your workout experience. Create a toned upper body and strong core, firmer legs and lifted seat with core barre!

    Vinyasa Yoga: A series of sequences that incorporate postures that flow from one to the next coordinating breath with movement, either incrementally or substantially.

    Pilates:  A low-impact workout to stretch, strengthen and lengthen the entire body with an emphasis on technique and strengthening the core muscles. 

    Yoga Basics: A basic introduction to yoga postures with a focus on alignment and breathing technique. Learn the basics while moving at your own pace.
