Pregnancy is a season of constant change.

Your body grows. Your energy shifts. Your emotions evolve. Along the way, it can feel both beautiful and overwhelming.

Nurtured was created as a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience pregnancy in community.

Over six weeks, we'll gather to move, breathe, learn, and connect through gentle prenatal yoga, meaningful conversation, and practical insights that support both body and mind. Together we'll explore the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy while building confidence, cultivating trust in your body's wisdom, and finding support in a community of others walking a similar path.

Whether this is your first pregnancy or your fourth, whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome here.

    Breathwork, meditation, and restorative practices to help you feel grounded, calm, and supported.

Meet Your Guides

Natalie is the owner of Soma Yoga & Wellness, an experienced 500-hour certified yoga teacher (E-RYT® 500), certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and currently navigating the transformative journey of her own first pregnancy. With over a decade of teaching experience, she holds a deep passion for the traditions of Ayurveda and Bhakti yoga. Her teaching is both strong and gentle, grounded in a compassionate, present approach. Known for her clear and intentional guidance, Natalie blends breathwork, chanting, and somatic movement with a healthy dose of humor, creating an inviting space for students to connect deeply and intuitively with their bodies, exactly as they are.
