Kundalini Meditation & Shakti Transmission with Acharya Purnata
About Kundalini Meditation
The teachings of Heart of Consciousness focus on Kuṇḍalinī Sādhana — an ancient spiritual practice in the nondual tradition of Trika Śaivism. It allows individuals to deeply experience their own direct, inner connection to the Divine. This practice focuses on awakening the powerful transformative force called kuṇḍalinī, the divine energy that is always present within every human being. When it flows through us, kuṇḍalinī can wash away our deepest tensions, expand the flow of creative energy, and eliminate our misunderstandings about our true nature.
What is Shakti Transmission?
Through shakti transmission, there is a direct conveyance of spiritual energy from teacher to student that gives the student a concrete experience of the vital force that connects all things and binds us together as one. Śakti transmission is a catalyst for profound spiritual unfoldment, culminating in Self-realization.
During these sessions, we will learn about this practice, learn specific meditation practices, and engage in Shakti Transmission. Purnata will connect directly with each student to provide energetic support in connecting with the deeper parts of themselves.
About Acharya Purnata
Acharya Purnata has been teaching Kundalini Sadhana since 2015 when he was initiated by Swami Khecaranatha as an Acharya in the Nityananda Rudrananda Sampradayam Lineage. Purnata is a clear channel for the grace of this lineage His classes include chanting, guided meditation, śakti transmission, and discussion.
Petals & Fire: Awakening the Feminine Body - A 6-Hour Women’s Embodiment Retreat
Petals & Fire is an invitation into the feminine body as both softness and power — tenderness and truth, devotion and liberation.
This six-hour women’s immersion weaves Yin yoga, breathwork, non-linear movement, archetypal embodiment, and conscious relational practices to support a deep remembering of the body as a source of wisdom, pleasure, and clarity.
We will move slowly.
We will listen deeply.
We will honour choice at every step.
The Archetypal Currents We’ll Explore
Throughout the day, we will work with three archetypal energies that live within the feminine body:
Kali — the fire of liberation, boundaries, and truth
Lakshmi — the petals of worth, sensuality, and receiving
Radha — the devotion of longing, love, and relational presence
These archetypes are not roles to perform or identities to adopt. They are embodied currents — felt through the hips, breath, heart, and voice — offering doorways into deeper self-trust and aliveness.
What the Day Includes
Petals & Fire unfolds through a carefully held arc of descent, activation, connection, and integration, including:
A grounding opening circle and sacred container
Yin yoga to deeply settle the nervous system and soften the body
Breathwork and non-linear movement to awaken life force
Guided reflection and connection with other women
Teaching and Q&A around embodiment, sexual energy, and consent
Archetype embodiment practices (solo and small-group)
Hip-focused movement and choice-based partner exploration
A closing ritual for integration and devotion
All practices are trauma-aware, consent-centred, and invitation-based. Rest, observation, and modification are always welcome.
This Retreat Is For You If
You want to feel more at home in your body
You are curious about feminine embodiment, pleasure, and power
You long for depth without pressure or performance
You want to explore sexual energy as life force — grounded and respectful
You value nervous-system safety, choice, and integrity
No prior yoga or embodiment experience is required.
What You’ll Leave With
A deeper sense of embodiment and self-trust
Greater clarity around boundaries and desire
An embodied relationship to pleasure and rest
Tools for continued integration after the retreat
A felt connection to the archetypal energies of Kali, Lakshmi, and Radha

About Brittany Dominix
Brittany is a certified Yoga and Embodiment teacher who believes that love is the foundational current flowing through all of life. With deep compassion and empathy, she artfully weaves together structure, science, and spirit to create transformative experiences in every class she leads. Drawing from years of dedicated practice and teaching, Brittany has developed a signature approach that blends the precision of anatomy and alignment with the intuitive depth of the mystical and unseen. Her classes are more than movement—they are journeys into the self. Each offering is thoughtfully crafted to meet you exactly where you are and gently invite you into the raw, unfiltered truth of being human. For Brittany, the yoga mat is a sacred laboratory for life itself. She believes that how we move, breathe, and show up in practice reflects and informs how we navigate the world beyond the studio. Her teaching encourages a courageous shedding of layers, revealing the inherent wholeness and truth that lies within. Infused with wisdom from ancient texts, the natural world, poetry, and her own soul’s connection to the ever-present pulse of love, Brittany’s classes offer more than just physical practice—they are portals to inner alchemy. Expect to walk away changed, even if only subtly. Beyond the studio, Brittany is a lover of quiet magic: she delights in curling up with a good book and a warm cup of tea, immersing herself in backwoods camping adventures, soaking in long, lazy afternoons by the ocean, and exploring the wonder of the world with open-hearted curiosity. "You are one thread in this tapestry of life. Let's weave beauty together."

Spring Ayurveda Cleanse: Align with Nature & Restore Your Vitality
Restore balance and step into spring with clarity and vitality.
*In-Person & At-Home Support
Join us for a gentle, nourishing Ayurvedic cleanse designed to support your digestion, renew your energy, and cultivate deeper self-care through daily practice (dinacharya). Over the course of 8 days, we'll clear space in our homes and bodies, nourish ourselves with simple, grounding meals, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature through Ayurvedic practices for renewal and vitality. This is not a cleanse of restriction, but one of nourishment and alignment.
Why Cleanse in Spring?
According to Ayurveda, spring is a time of release and renewal. Just as nature awakens and sheds the remnants of winter, we, too, can benefit from clearing out what no longer serves us.
A spring cleanse can help you:
✔ Boost digestion and metabolism
✔ Reduce sluggishness (excess Kapha) & restore a sense of vitality (agni)
✔ Enhance energy and mental clarity
✔ Reset your habits and cultivate intentional daily practices (dinacharya)
✔ Feel more aligned with the rhythms of nature
What’s Included?
✔ Two in person gatherings— May 1st & May 8th, 7-8:15p (details below)
✔ Daily support and guidance via email
✔ Nourishing recipes featuring kitchari, seasonal veggies, and whole foods
✔ Self-care rituals to align with each day’s elemental theme
✔ Cleanse guide with how-to’s and tips for success
All together, this will be an 8 day container, with the first few days focused on prepping and clearing for the cleanse, 3 full days of dietary cleansing, and the last few days for reflection and integration. Each day of the cleanse will be guided by one of the five elements — Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth — incorporating yoga, breathwork, and Ayurvedic rituals for a complete mind-body-spirit reset. We’ll gather on the evening of March 1st @ 7p to practice, discuss Ayurvedic principles, and prepare for the cleanse. We’ll meet again on March 8th @ 7p for our closing circle and reflections.
Cleanse Schedule:
🍃 Day 1 (May 1): Air — Preparing for the Cleanse
Gather as a group this evening to explore Ayurvedic principals, discuss details of the cleanse and practices we’ll use for support. *In-Person Opening Session @ 7-8:15p
🧹 Day 2 (May 2): Ether — Clearing Space & Setting Intentions
Create space in your home and mind. Clear out processed foods and set your cleanse intention. Grocery shop and prepare your kitchen!
🔥 Day 3-5 (May 3-5): Fire — Nourishment & Transformation
Enjoy a simple, grounding mono-diet of kitchari, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Deepen your daily rituals with breathwork, movement, and mindfulness.
🍲 Day 6-7 (May 6-7): Water — Reintroducing Foods with Awareness
Gently bring back whole foods while staying attuned to your body’s responses.
🌿 Day 8 (May 8): Earth — Reflection, Integration & Continuing Your Journey
Come together to share insights, reflect on your experience, and set sustainable intentions. *In-Person Closing Session @ 7-8:15p
Who is This For?
This cleanse is for anyone seeking to:
Reset their digestion and energy
Establish a nourishing self-care routine (dinacharya)
Learn more about Ayurveda and seasonal wellness
Create a deeper sense of balance and vitality
Whether you’re new to Ayurveda or looking to deepen your understanding, this is a welcoming and supportive experience. Again, this is not a cleanse of restriction, we’ll have plenty of delicious food throughout! This is an opportunity to shed the habits and layers of winter and revitalize your day-to-day life.

Schedule & Details:
Friday February 28th, Kirtan begins at 7:30p
$25
Kiranjot Kaur is a vocalist, founding member of Copper Wimmin, Kundalini Yoga teacher, and Indian classical music instructor, with a deep devotion to the Divine Mother and A Course in Miracles. Copper Wimmin gained recognition through appearances on Democracy Now and the Showtime series The L Word, where their song "Bleeding Rivers" was featured.
In 2006, Kiranjot refocused her career toward Indian classical music, dedicating five years to living and studying under the tutelage of her beloved teacher, Dr. Ustad Narindar Singh, in Amritsar, India. Shifting away from traditional performances where the audience is separate from the performer, Kiranjot now merges her early experiences of communal singing with Sweet Honey in the Rock and Bobby McFerrin, alongside her deep love for Indian music and Kirtan traditions.
In 2014, Kiranjot was introduced to A Course in Miracles, and has since steadily integrated its daily lessons into her life. She now offers a unique blend of Indian classical notes and A Course in Miracles songs, sung in the Kirtan style of call and response. Kiranjot invites everyone to experience the transformative healing power of their own voice in the practice of singing together as ONE.
From her journeys through India to Chile and back, Kiranjot has discovered her greatest joy is inspiring everyone regardless of their singing experience, to use their voices as a method for quieting the mind, surrendering to presence, and revolutionary self-love.
Testimonials:
"When Kiranjot joins in our chants, her presence infuses the air with a powerful energy that transcends words. It's as if love itself has manifested, weaving its gentle yet unstoppable threads through our hearts and souls." – Asya Gashi, Founder of Om Chanting LA
“I loved meeting you and being enveloped in your extraordinary naad.” – Kia Miller, Founder of Radiant Body Yoga
