Boonville Yoga Retreat

April 23-26, 2026

with Natalie Somers

Step into spring with intention.

Join us April 23–26, 2026 for Soma’s first Spring Yoga Retreat, nestled in the rolling hills of Boonville, CA.

As the earth softens and begins to bloom, this retreat invites you to do the same—to slow down, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and plant the seeds of what you’re ready to grow. Each day will follow a gentle rhythm of morning and evening practice: clearing and energizing movement to greet the day, and grounding, restorative sessions as the sun sets. Between practices, you’ll have spacious time to wander shaded trails lined with madrone trees, hike to a spring-fed pond at the top of the hill, soak in a cedar hot tub, or simply curl up with a book and a cup of tea.

You’ll be nourished with seasonal plant-based meals, surrounded by open skies, redwoods, and the steady quiet of nature. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this retreat is an invitation to return to what matters—your body, your breath, your heart.

Meet Your Retreat Leader

Natalie Somers (E-RYT 500) is the founder of Soma Yoga & Wellness and a devoted student of yoga for nearly two decades. Her classes are rooted in presence, reverence, and the quieter, more soulful aspects of yoga—drawing from bhakti, meditation, mantra, and somatic awareness.

During this retreat, you’ll settle into a nourishing rhythm of twice-daily practice—morning meditation and vinyasa to awaken, clear, and energize; evening sessions to ground and settle through restorative movement, chanting, and yoga nidra. Natalie’s teaching style is intuitive and heart-centered, inviting a deeper connection to breath, body, and the sacred in everyday life.
