Join us for Resonant Rest, a deeply nourishing evening of restorative yoga and sound facilitated by studio owner, Natalie Somers. Supported by bolsters, blankets, and props, you'll be guided into restful postures designed to encourage relaxation and ease. Throughout the practice, the gentle drone of the tanpura creates a meditative atmosphere, inviting the mind and body to settle.
As the evening unfolds, crystal singing bowls will weave through periods of stillness, offering a soundscape that supports deep rest and presence. This immersive experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through the healing practices of restorative yoga and sound.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome.
