Join us for our next Sound Bath!

A ritual for sound, stillness, & community.

7-8p
with Sambridhi Dakhal

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath experience led by Sambridhi, certified sound bath facilitator and yoga teacher from Nepal.

Sambridhi's approach is rooted in the ancient traditions of holistic living, mindfulness, and creating sacred space for rest and reconnection. Using a carefully curated selection of instruments - handcrafted Himalayan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, Himalayan bells, and the expansive gong - she weaves an immersive soundscape that will transport you to a state of profound peace and clarity.

As the resonant tones wash over you, let go of tension, anxiety, and the constant mental chatter. Drift into a meditative state and allow the vibrations to soothe your nervous system, ground your energy, and realign your mind, body, and spirit.

This is your invitation to surrender, restore, and reconnect. Experience the transformative power of sound healing and emerge feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to the present moment.

Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot now for this soul-soothing journey. 🌿
