Join us on the second Sunday of every month for a soul-nourishing evening designed to help you realign with your wholeness, reconnect with source, and remember your true essence.
We’ll begin with a grounding guided meditation to release tension and deepen your connection with Mother Earth. Then, immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes during a restorative sound bath. Finally, participate in the creation of a communal flower mandala—a meditative practice of intention-setting, beauty, and unity.

About Kimberly Sugrue
Kimberly is a sound healer, nondual practitioner, empath, and devoted holder of sacred space. She is passionate about creating healing experiences that support both personal transformation and collective healing. Grounded in compassion and intuitive presence, Kimberly weaves sound, energy, and deep listening to guide others into connection with their own inner wisdom. Her own journey of healing led her to the powerful practice of sound healing, which continues to be a source of insight, renewal, and grace. She is honored to now share these tools with others on the path of awakening and integration. Kimberly is certified as a Master of Holistic Health and has completed the Becoming Shaman and Medical Intuition programs with All One Sacred Services Healing Academy. She holds Sound Healer Certification (Levels 1 & 2) from Life Changing Energy, and is currently working on her Reiki Master certification.
