Therapeutic Yoga: Self-Massage, Fascial Release, & Take-Home Tools
with Jess Duncan
A gentle, therapeutic 2-hour workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, release built-up tension, and learn simple self-care tools you can use at home.
This session blends slow, mindful movement with guided self-massage and fascia-focused release to support nervous system regulation and ease chronic holding patterns—especially in the hips, shoulders, and back.
You’ll be guided through accessible techniques that invite deep listening, softness, and relief. Breathwork and quiet reflection are woven throughout, with space for optional community sharing.
Hands-on support may be offered only with clear, ongoing consent, and participation is always optional.
