I learned the value of mindful movement growing up as a dancer, and since finding yoga, I have been able to deeper explore the healing properties of the mind-body connection. With a BA in Psychology, I love to find new ways to unlock a deeper understanding of ourselves and process our thoughts and emotions. Yoga has become vital for my physical and mental health, and I am dedicated to guiding others in harnessing this practice for their own healing as well.
In my classes, I aim to cultivate a safe space for students to show up as they are, and express themselves in whatever way that might be. My sequences are vibrant, energetic, and encourage personal creativity. Alongside dynamic asanas, I deeply value weaving meditation, pranayama, and yogic philosophy into my classes.
