For Kaitlin, yoga is both a profoundly personal and shared journey toward healing. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in the Forrest Yoga lineage under Pete Guinosso's guidance, deepening a practice rooted in somatic awareness, presence, and the profound simplicity of listening to your body. Her teaching blends the creative flows of Vinyasa with the steady, grounding principles of Hatha—always offering time to ease in and wind down in restorative shapes.


Expect sequences that balance strength and softness, carried by a thoughtfully curated playlist to move through every phase of class and leave you humming out the door. Kaitlin invites students of all levels to courageously explore their edges while honoring moments for rest. In each session, she hopes to cultivate a space where spirited creativity, collective breath, and lasting calm can take root.
