Kristin Aldrich

Kristin has been practicing yoga for close to 30 years. She enjoys Iyengar, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga styles. She completed her 200 hr RYT in 2023. A former mental health professional, Kristin believes that yoga can be an amazing tool for self-discovery and healing. Her classes encourage bodily awareness, mindfulness and a deep reverence for the power of the breath. One can expect meditation or breath awareness, strength-building through asana and balance practices in her classes. Kristin hopes that students leave her class feeling grounded and strengthened in body, mind and spirit.
