Rhianna Babka

Rhianna is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with the Yoga Alliance. Her primary focus is on a gentle, yet strong, Vinyasa style practice that incorporates the breath to guide the body and calm the nervous system. Rhianna believes that our bodies are wise and are our guides if we listen. Asana practice and our breath assist us in connecting and aligning the mind and body. She has been practicing yoga over 20 years and understands firsthand how it can be a tool to ground and heal us through self awareness, regulating the nervous system, physical and mental health and well being, as well as a healing tool for grief and loss. Rhianna’s classes are inclusive to all persons, levels, ages, and bodies. Join her classes for a centering and grounding experience.
